To guarantee your booking, you must pay for the whole length of your stay. After choosing your days and type of accomodation according to availability, you must proceed to pay the total number of nights booked by rooms or beds. This payment must be made by card using the online payment method (TPV).
Cal Manel will neither have access to your bank details nor forward them to third parties. Online payments by TPV are made through a secure platform and a properly encrypted database (SSL), so that we can ensure that the purchase process is completely reliable and secure. This platform is provided by Banco Santander.
You will be invoiced when you leave.
Requesting room or bed availability information does not imply booking acceptance on behalf of the hostel’s management.
In the event of cancelling a booking before arriving at the hostel, 100% of the booking costs will be returned if it is made with more than 48 hours’ notice.
In the event of leaving the hostel before the contracted time, no costs will be returned
Arrival time for whole weekend stays : from 10.00h.

If for any reason you are planning to depart later than these times, please request before your arrival and we will make every effort to cater for your needs.
Pets are not permitted to do their business on Cal Manel’s premises. There is plenty of space surrounding the hostel but please do not forget to pick up the excrements.
Pet owners are obliged to keep them in hygienic and sanitary conditions and follow the current laws.
Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets either to third persons or to the hostel premises.
Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms or in the exterior without their owners’ supervision.
The hostel will not be responsible for any loss, damage, cancellation or any additional cost which the client may suffer or any cause which is beyond the control of the management.
The management will not be responsible for any loss or forgotten items. Notwithstanding, in the event of an item being found during cleaning, it may be delivered to the address given and charged by cash on delivery.
Smoking in the rooms is prohibited as well as the removal of sheets, blankets or other utensils from inside the rooms.
Our objective is that the client enjoys their stay and has a good experience. In order to improve our clients’ stays, the management would appreciate any suggestions.
